2020 Women on Boards (2020WOB) is a global education and advocacy campaign committed to building public awareness and momentum toward the goal of achieving at least 20% of all public company board seats to be held by women by year-end 2020, the milestone 100th anniversary of women’s right to vote. 2020WOB identifies and tracks the progress of the Russell 3000 companies. This data is published online and is referred to as our 2020WOB Gender Diversity Index. We rank over 3,000 companies in our Gender Diversity Directory on a Winning ‘W’ to Zero ‘Z’ scale based on the gender diversity of companies’ boards of directors.
